With over 25 years of experience in commodity and currency trading across Asia and the United States, he applies his market expertise to help producers navigate price risk and capture opportunity. Rob began his career with Mitsui, United Grain’s parent company, supporting flour mills with procurement and supply chain strategies.

Monte works closely with producers to provide market insights and strategies that help them manage price risk. He brings 45 years of experience in the grain industry and grew up helping his father farm and ranch in Montana, giving him deep insight into the challenges farmers face. He began his career with Farmers Union GTA (now CHS Inc.), later joining Gavilon and finally United Grain Corporation.

Leroy works directly with producers to develop profitable marketing solutions for their crops. With a lifelong career in agriculture production, processing, and marketing, he brings both expertise and a deep respect for the industry’s legacy. He and his wife Jan live in Weiser, Idaho, where they raised one daughter and six sons.

Ella works with producers and United Grain’s marketing and origination teams to strengthen relationships and expand market opportunities. She brings firsthand experience in producer engagement, CTO operations, and market development, helping connect customers with solutions that support their marketing goals. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and an agriculture concentration, Ella combines industry knowledge with a passion for agriculture shaped by her upbringing in a farming community.
